His hands shake most of the time and he get’s easily distracted nowadays. But the most notable thing about him is that he is a ghost – his skin tone is more bluish and he is translucent.

Amadeus Arkham was the one who created Arkham Asylum, the asylum for the criminally insane. His tragic life consist about his schizophrenic mother whom he euthanized, a loving wife and daughter who got raped and slaughtered by his former patient, Martin “Mad Dog” Dawkins. Amadeus killed him with a lethal dose of electroshock therapy, and the haunting incident made him slip into insanity. Eventually he ended up dying as an inmate in his own asylum.
Nowadays he is a ghost wandering around Gotham trying to figure out why he isn’t six feet under anymore and who or what brought him up amongst the living.
